I don't know the official reformed christian view, but many reformed men i know smoke cigars and/or cloves, and the only complaints i've heard from anyone is the smell, not that it's sinful. That's because it's not sinful. It's not directly commanded against in the Bible, but a case could be made for health. Which is no different from other things we do to our body (like eating Mickey D's).
I said men...because i'm not sure i know any Christian women who smoke. I myself like Hookah. I also have some capuccino cigarillos, but found them too "smoky" for my taste. I have to try anything that boasts a coffee (some could say consuming caffeine in sinful) flavor lol.
